Tantalum Nitride Nanosheets for Photoacoustic Imaging-Guided Photothermal Cancer Therapy

In this study, the synthesis of TaN nanosheets and their application in theranostic agents is reported. After coating polyethylene glycol (PEG) on the TaN nanosheets, the as-synthesized PEG-modified TaN nanosheets (TaN-PEG) show good stability and biocompatibility. Because of their high absorbance in the near-IR region, TaN-PEG can be utilized as photoacoustic imaging contrast agents for tumor imaging. Moreover, TaN-PEG has significant photothermal conversion performance, exhibiting effective laser-induced tumor ablation capability. The TaN-PEG possessing excellent photoacoustic contrast effect and photothermal properties thus have great promise in theranostic applications, especially imaging-guided cancer treatment.

多级孔芳香骨架材料的合成及固载硫脲催化剂的研究

合成了一种多级孔芳香骨架材料(PAF-70); 使用由氨基修饰过的单体, 应用该合成策略得到了同样具有窄分布介孔的含有氨基活性位点的PAF材料, 并通过硫脲单体与其氨基活性位点的反应, 将硫脲基团引入PAF-70材料中, 获得了含有硫脲催化位点的材料(PAF-70-thiourea). 氮气吸附-脱附测试结果显示, PAF-70存在孔径分布较窄的介孔, 介孔孔径为3.8 nm, 与模拟计算值(约3.7 nm)吻合. 热重分析结果表明, PAF-70具有很高的热稳定性. PAF-70在大多数溶剂中可以稳定存在, 具有良好的化学稳定性. 将PAF-70-thiourea作为催化剂, 应用在N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)氧化醇类的反应中, 其表现出较高的催化活性、 较高的稳定性和广泛的底物适用性. 与含有相同硫脲催化位点的金属有机框架(MOF)材料(IRMOF-3-thiourea)作为催化剂对比, 进一步证实PAFs材料非常适合作为催化有机反应的固载平台.     

富晶格位错的多孔铋纳米花高效电还原二氧化碳制甲酸盐※

二氧化碳转化已成为现今世界研究的热点. 本工作采用原位电化学转化的策略, 将简单溶剂热法合成的层状甲酸氧铋纳米花(BiOCOOH NFs)还原为带有大量晶格位错的多孔铋纳米花(p-Bi NFs). 研究结果表明, p-Bi NFs电催化二氧化碳转化为甲酸盐具有较小的过电位(436 mV). 在–1.8 V(相对饱和甘汞电极, vs. SCE)时, 甲酸盐的分电流密度(j_formate)高达24.4 mA•cm^-2, 法拉第效率(FE_formate)为96.7%, 且在超过500 mV的宽电位窗口内FE_formate超过90%, 并具有很好的稳定性. 该催化剂的高催化性能可归因于前驱体晶格坍塌和重构而形成特殊的多孔粗糙的微纳多级结构, 其表面富含晶格位错和缺陷等高本征活性位, 且具有较强的电子传递能力. 本研究为设计合成高性能的电催化二氧化碳还原产甲酸催化剂提供了新的思路.
